Message	Todd's car was by no means a fresh or even strong running motor. I was a high mileage motor. But what you are saying is somewhat true in a 93 octane world. I am higher octane world, you will run out of compressor map before detonating at 9-9.5:1. 10.5:1 is a little extreme for a boosted application..
